Beebe Talks Latest With Recruitment

The physical Kansas native middle linebacker Colton Beebe gives the latest on his recruitment, how the Gophers are sitting with him and more

The Gophers have been working hard out in the Midlands and are looking to lock down an official visit from Kansas City (KS.) Piper senior middle linebacker Colton Beebe. He updates his recruitment and where things stand with him and Minnesota.

“My recruitment is going good,” Beebe told GopherDigest. “There is not a lot going on right now. I am just trying to work out officials. I am hearing from Minnesota, Kansas, Kansas State, Arkansas, Tulsa and Air Force the most right now.”

“(Minnesota) really wants me down and are excited to get me down for an official. I like the campus and the coaching staff and they have a very good engineering program. There is a lot of love from the Gopher community.”

The 6-3, 244-pound physical middle linebacker has set his sights on brining home a state championship to his town with his improved game.

“I really want to make a state championship run,” said Beebe. “I just want to do what I can to help the team. I am aggressive and smart. I play with speed for my size and strength. I believe as I get in college I will get stronger and faster.”
