| Vinson Bass was named Honorable Mention All-State for his play as a junior in 2007. He had 97 tackles. He says he can bench an impressive 415-pounds and squat 520.
Bass doesn't have an opinion about a possible major, but his academics might be an issue. He reports a 2.1 core GPA and hasn't taken the SAT or ACT yet. "My counselors are working with me and talking to me to make sure I graduate and I think it'll be fine."
Bass: "I’m quick for my size. I'm skilled. I play real aggressive and never stop going.
"I'm trying to improve on everything. There's nothing that I can say I'm perfect at. I definitely want to get faster and improve my footwork."
