| An exciting playmaker, Lattimore brings energy and enthusiasm to the defense. Does a very good job of pressing seams and closing on the ball, but needs to gear down and settle as he gets closer. This will inevitably cut down on missed tackles. Plays with a ton of energy and effort and makes plays down-field. | 2007: DeDe Lattimore rushed for 631 yards on 88 carries from his running back position with six touchdowns. He had 118 total tackles, 18 for a loss, 12 sacks and 18 quarterback hurries (10 games). He says he can bench press 315-pounds, squat 475 and has a 31-inch vertical jump.
Final senior record: Cedar Shoals finished with a 7-5 record. Lattimore's stats are unavailiable.
Lattimore says he wants to major in business management and reports a 2.4 core GPA and an 840 SAT, which he retook on Nov. 28.
Lattimore: "I'm competitive and very physical. I bring a good attitude on the field and I'm just always in the zone. When I play I don't see anything but the ball. I like to think I'm like Ray Lewis.
"I need to actually slow down a little. I want to work on not over running plays and just be more patient."
