STILLWATER - Okay it was Friday and not Sunday but while Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy was waiting for his players to finish check-ups and treatment in the training room, he did his usual day after the game conference call with reporters. Gundy was on the phone for nearly 20 minutes before excusing himself to meet his players and staff the night after a dramatic 31-28 victory over Colorado. Full Story |

STILLWATER - With the short week there was no Sunday teleconference for Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy. Instead Gundy found himself standing at the podium in the new theater room looking out at the cameras and reporters just 19 hours after doing the same thing following Saturday night's 24-17 victory over Texas Tech. But some things had changed in the 19 hours since Gundy and the media met. Full Story

STILLWATER – Zac Robinson saved one of his best performances at Boone Pickens Stadium for what all Cowboy fans hope is going to be his next-to-last game at home. It would be disappointing if Oklahoma State’s starting quarterback the past three years is unable to play in Thursday night’s home finale against Colorado. Oklahoma State has enjoyed the luxury of having a scholarship-caliber quarterback that doesn't count against its scholarship limit in Brandon Weeden. Now they could possibly get another offensive player that wouldn't count against the scholarship limit. Brent Brewer, a Tyrone, Ga. native, is scheduled to visit Oklahoma State on an official visit this weekend for the home game with Texas Tech. Full Story

There was a little talk on the Sunday teleconference with Oklahoma State head coach Mike Gundy of his team's 34-8 win over Iowa State because it didn't take long for the conversation and questions to shift to this week's opponent Texas Tech. That is a sure sign that things are moving along well. When all the talk is forward then there wasn't much for the media to pick over on Saturday. Full Story

Keith Toston entered Saturday trailing Big 12 rushing leader Alexander Robinson of Iowa State by 137 yards. But it was Toston who ran wild, and thanks to the Cowboy defense shutting down the vaunted Cyclone running game, the Oklahoma State senior is now among the conference’s top rushers after running for a career-high 206 yards in the 18th-ranked Cowboys 34-8 victory in Ames, Iowa. STILLWATER – Mike Gundy understands what Iowa State head coach Paul Rhoads is experiencing as a first-time head coach. This one doesn't take long to analyze. You can start by that fact that Texas right now is a flat out better football team. I thought going into the game that if Oklahoma State and Texas played four times that Texas would win three. I think you might up that to seven or so attempts and OSU would win one. Full Story
