Sand Springs's Johnny Deaton, the top quarterback in the state of Oklahoma, was back under center last Thursday night for the first time since the opening game of the season against Enid. The 6-1, 200-pound Deaton broke his left collarbone in the opening game. The thought was he was lost for the season but Deaton proved to be a fast healer.
