Joe Okafor		By Robert Allen Date: Apr 21, 2009 One of the more interesting prospects in Texas is defensive end Joe Okafor out of Bellaire High School near Houston. Okafor is 6-5, 245 pounds and athletic enough to run a 4.8. He is also a standout talent in basketball that attracted attention from the likes of Duke and North Carolina. Okafor, who was in Stillwater on Saturday to check out th Orange-White game, says he is committed to football.
