Charlie Moore		By Robert Allen Date: Jan 11, 2009 Charlie Moore, who visited the Oklahoma State bowl practices before Christmas and made his decision to switch his commitment from Louisiana-Monroe to OSU, made his official visit to Stillwater this weekend and nothing changed his mind. In fact, the Bullard, Texas athlete said he is solidified and ready to sign on Feb.4th.
