Katy Morton Ranch High School quarterback/safety Joe Mitchell is an impressive figure. He is big, at a definite 6-4, and looks to weigh in at 200 pounds plus. Mitchell is a big safety prospect that could be a fair match for some of the bigger wide receivers and tight end that roam the middle of the field in the Big 12.
