Tim Beckman		By Robert Allen Date: Feb 17, 2007 As you probably know by now Mike Gundy has completed his staff by hiring Ohio State assistant Tim Beckman to fill the role of defensive coordinator. Beckman fits the checklist that we believe Gundy was seeking in a coach. He uses an aggressive 4-3 style of defense, has Division I defensive coordinator experience, is a successful recruiter, and a coach in the right age range and a family man.
