Grading the Spring in Stillwater

Mike Gundy		By Robert Allen Date: Apr 9, 2005 We went through and graded the coaching staff and the position groups. Let’s start with the fact that having me grade the head coach and coaching staff is a little like having a city councilman in Hobart grade the President of the United States. My grades were based on observations of spring practice at Oklahoma State dating back to the Jimmy Johnson days. The grades were based on instruction techniques, use of time, enthusiasm, and improvement in the team during the 15 practices.
