Phillips Says Weekend Was A Good Icebreaker Premium Story

All-State linebacker Justin Phillips of Pearland, Texas had a memorable play in the Oilers state championship game loss when he took the ball from Allen quarterback Kyler Murray and nearly took it back for a touchdown. Phillips is used to greeting quarterbacks and running backs that way. But not this weekend as he made his official visit to Oklahoma State as one of 18 committed recruits on campus.
