Guyer defeated teams from Orlando, Fla., Gardena, Calif., and Cleveland, Ohio, on the way to the title match. The championship was televised on ESPNU and folks got a chance to see Walsh throw for six touchdowns in the 44-42 championship game loss to defending Nike 7On champion Miami Northwest.
Guyer was nicknamed "Team Hyper Fuse" for the tournament and Miami Northwest was "Team Vapor Trail."
The championship game went to double overtime and Miami won it with the difference being a two-point conversion. No shame in that as Walsh, along with two teammates, was selected to the All-Tournament Team.

"It was fantastic," said Walsh. "We played well as a team and we made the championship game. We got the tour of the entire Nike complex and that was really good. We took 21 guys and flew out there."
It was no doubt a team building experience and certainly another great experience in development for Walsh.
He will speak more about it on Triple Play Sports radio (www.eteamradio.com) on Thursday during the noon hour.
Walsh is committed to Oklahoma State and was one of the earlier commitments in the Cowboys 2011 class.
