Recruiting: Deaton Working On Offense

Oklahoma State quarterback commitment Johnny Deaton of Sand Springs (Charles Page), Okla., reports his spring is going well. Deaton, a ring leader in the impressive turnaround of football fortunes for the Charles Page High School Sandites, is helping transition in a new offensive look for Sand Springs.

"I am just working out (this spring), and trying to get this new tempo offense down," said Deaton, who committed to Oklahoma State way back on Feb. 8 and became the first verbal pledge in the 2010 class.
