GoPokes.com is contacting as many as of Oklahoma State’s commitments as possible leading up to National Signing Day. We are asking each of them the same 10 questions, some football related and others not, in an attempt to give fans a chance to get to better know their future Cowboy. 1) What about Oklahoma State first caught your eye?
LeRon Furr: The facilities and the upcoming program.
2) What was your deciding factor in committing to the Cowboys?
Furr: The entire coaching staff, no one specifically, and the academics at OSU.
3) What are three words that describe you as a person?
Furr: Quiet, dependable and mannerable.
4) What are three words that describe you as a football player?
Furr: Competitive, aggressive and hard-working.
5) What is your favorite thing to do on the football field?
Furr: Hit!
6) What is your favorite thing to do off the field?
Furr: Go to the movies.
7) If you don't go on to play in the NFL, what would you like to do?
Furr: Come back and coach or open up my own sporting good business.
8) What are you most looking forward to in terms of playing for Oklahoma State?
Furr: To grow mentally and try to work hard to get on the field this season.
9) What do you feel will be your biggest challenge in moving from high school to college?
Furr: Strength.
10) Who is the one player on Oklahoma State's roster, or in your recruiting class, that you are most excited to be teammates with next season?
Furr: Dez Bryant.
