Recruiting: Jackson Adds Two More Offers
From Waco it was on to College Station and the A&M Maroon-White Game.
"I got to see them play and then after the game I was talking to three of their coaches and then they took me to Coach (Mike) Sherman and he told me I could have a scholarship there and come play," described Jackson of his encounter.
Jackson had 49 receptions last season for 786 yards and eight touchdowns. His sophomore season he had 38 receptions for 488 yards and seven touchdowns. He plays at Navasota for Lee Fedora, the brother of former OSU offensive coordinator Larry Fedora, and he is used to playing in a wide open offense.
"Right now I'm just weighing my options and I don't really have a favorite," he said. "They are all even right now."
Jackson, who also runs track (long jump, 4X200 meter and 4X400 meter relays) and plays basketball, said he will talk to his coach and see if he is going to try to make it up to visit the schools that have offered him in Oklahoma.
