Monday was the first day that college football coaches could be out on the road for the spring evaluation period. Schools have until the last week of May to get four weeks (20 days) on the road to evaluate high school players. This is not a contact period, but an evaluation period. Coaches may go into schools to talk with coaches, counselors, principals, teachers, and other school officials.
