Recruiting: Big Weekend Underway

Oklahoma State coaches were able to breath a sigh of relief Friday as the recruiting weekend got underway. There may be a snow storm getting ready to blanket the state but it won't happen until Mike Gundy and company begin entertaining 11 official visitors and one unofficial visitor for the Cowboys' first visit weekend since Dec. 8-10.

It is amazing that dispite the curveballs tossed by Mother Nature the recruiting savvy OSU staff has a combination of 17 new enrollees and verbal commitments, and only one is tenuious and that is Schertz (Clemens), Texas, defensive lineman Tyrell Higgins.
