Eddie Sutton, who led Oklahoma State to a pair of Final Four appearances during his 15-year career at his alma mater, is expected to announce his retirement at a 2 p.m. (Central Daylight Time) news conference. Sutton has compiled a 798-315 record during his 32-year college coaching career, and is fifth in all-time coaching wins.

Sutton, who turned 70 on March 12, took a leave of absence on Feb. 15 -- during the middle of Big 12 Conference play -- after a drive under the influence charge. He did not coach again the remainder of the season.

Sutton pleaded no contest to the DUI charge after undergoing treatment in an alcohol rehab program.
