When it comes down to recruiting running backs there are several aspects of the position that you have to factor in. I don't believe in taking running backs too early. Another factor is you have to have enough running backs. Injuries can hit this position in a hurry and it often takes three backs to rotate in and get through a complete Big 12 Conference or major conference clash.

Taking in those two factors alone, Oklahoma State has a super running back commitment in what I consider a five-star talent in Ronald Jones out of McKinney East in Texas, but the Pokes will need another back in the class.
