Ronald Jones was a guest on the Triple Play Sports Radio Network early Monday afternoon. The 6-0, 185-pound Jones, a four-star recruit who is considered one of the top running back prospects in the country, made a verbal commitment to Oklahoma State on Sunday before heading home to McKinney, Texas after being in Stillwater to view Saturday's Orange Blitz, the Cowboys' open football practice.

Jones rushed for 2,406 yards and 39 touchdowns last season in helping to lead McKinney North to the Class 4A playoffs. Jones made his commitment to the Cowboys after receiving offers from the likes of Alabama, Baylor, Clemson, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Texas, Texas A&M, Oregon, and USC.
