I am very careful and I try not to overhype prospects. It's tough because you never want to set up a young player for failure. I have been saying since I first watched tape on Mason Rudolph, the 6-4 1/2, 220-pound quarterback out of Northwestern High School in Rock Hill, S.C., that he is the best quarterback in this 2014 recruiting class.

I have seen plenty of his throwing style and his decision making. The reason that I liked him so much was his interception to touchdown ratio. This season Rudolph completed 350 of 482 passes for 4,377 yards with 64 touchdowns and just eight interceptions. Rudolph did not showcase himself in the Nike Combines and the Elite 11 tryouts.
