Rudolph, Grandpa Excited For OSU-TCU

Oklahoma State paid a visit last week to the 2014 recruiting class quarterback commitment as the Cowboys staff used the bye weekend as a recruiting evaluation weekend. Offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich was in Rock Hill, S.C., to see Northwestern High beat Clover 49-6 to improve to 7-0. Cowboys commitment Mason Rudolph was 14-of-16 passing for 215 yards with five touchdown passes.

"We kind of struggled on the first drive but then we got it going," explained Rudolph in what has to rank as a little bit of an understatement. The 6-4 1/2, 215-pound Rudolph is a little bit of a perfectionist, and he said that while he is happy with the way the season has gone. It has not been easy. "We had a couple of games...
