Mabin Becomes The 20th Commit

The word was that Klein Oak High School linebacker Josh Mabin was considering ending his recruitment with a verbal commitment, that it would come soon and that Oklahoma State was in the "catbird seat." All of that information ended up being correct as Mabin called Cowboys defensive coordinator Glenn Spencer and head coch Mike Gundy on Wednesday night to give his verbal commitment to the Cowboys.

"Coach (Spencer) was ecstatic and he told me that the call was one that he had been wanting from the beginning," said Josh Mabin, who also had scholarship offers from Baylor, Boise State, Colorado, Houston, Mississippi, OU and Washington State.
