"It was a good July and summer overall," said Terrell. "I know I have gotten better. I could have done some things better, but that is just a part of learning and playing the game."
Terrell has been working hard on his game, and said a few areas in specific have been the focus.
"I have been working on my ball handling, being more of a guard, and knocking down open shots," said Terrell.
UConn head coach Kevin Ollie was a fixture at Expressions Elite games this July, and according to Terrell it is a good thing to have the head coach there.
"Coming in to making my decision is good that the head coach comes and watches me and that he knows what I can do and can't do," said Terrell of Ollie's presence. "He isn't going off of someone else's opinion."
Another school that has been heavily involved for a while is Cincinnati. The Bearcats have been in with Terrell since the beginning and he likes the school.
"Coach (Darren) Savino is a really good dude," Terrell explained. "He calls me and texts me a lot. We stay in contact and have built a good relationship."
Also the Florida Gators made sure to be at the games in July and continue to stay in contact.
"We stay in contact a lot," Terrell noted. "Between me and (Abdul-Malik Abu) they text us a lot and we stay in contact. I like Florida a lot."
For now Terrell is in no hurry to make a decision and he feels as though he will make multiple visits before issuing a commitment.
