"I have to say the food," said DeSoto, Texas cornerback Taylor Lewis when asked about his visit. "It was like we got to eat all the time, and it was really good meals too. Every time we ate the food was great."
The 6-0, 180-pound standout was a key contributor to the Eagles playoff run this season and earned Dallas Morning News second team All-Area and first team All-District honors with 52 tackles with four interceptions.
Lewis made the trip to Stillwater this weekend with his mother and his little sister.
"The whole visit went real well and my host was Miketavious Jones," he passed along. "He is a corner and that is what I will be playing at OSU too."
Lewis said he is happy with his decision, and while he isn't certain of his major in college he has an idea. "I'll major in something in communications, but I need to check it out and narrow it down."
