Prospects Attending OSU-Tech Game

Dreamius Smith of Butler County C.C.

This is a list of the prospects attending Oklahoma State's 59-21 victory over Texas Tech on Saturday, with a summary of the situation where it is applicable. This may not be the complete list as we only identify the prospects that are seen on the field during warmups prior to the game. Some prospects may not be on the sideline, and some may arrive after that time.

Prospects listed alphabetically and by class

Junior College
#&Brandon Garrett, OL, 6-6, 295, NA, Trinity Valley C.C./Deer Park, Texas - Big, tall tackle prospect that earned honorable mention all-conference honors in the SWJCFC this season.
#&Dreamius Smith, RB, 5-11, 220, 4.5, Butler County C.C./Wichita (Heights), Kansas - One of the best running backs in the JC ranks, and a friend of Cowboy Joseph Randle.

2013 Prospects
Chance Douthit, OL/DL, 6-4, 265, NA, Gore, Okla. - Could be a prime walk-on candidate.
Nick Grau, PK, 6-1, 195, NA, Grapevine, Texas - Is a standout kicker that has former OU kicker Scott Blanton as a personal coach. He has a 52-yard field goal this season.
Ben Grogan, PK, 6-0, 170, NA, Arlington (Martin), Texas - Another Blanton pupil who is an outstanding kicker that shared the job in HS as a junior with TCU standout Jaden Oberkrom.
Corey Irwins, LB, 6-3, 220, 4.6, Mustang, Okla. - Great looking athlete that has had an injury plagued HS career.
*Jack Kurzu, OL, 6-5, 302, NA, St.Louis (Mary Institute and Country Day), Mo. - Longtime commitment seemingly can't wait to get to Stillwater.
#Dee Paul, 5-11, 170, 4.4, Munday, Texas - Absolutely incredible athlete that is dominating at his level in Texas. He is committed to SMU but is getting a lot of attention.
*Jaxon Salinas, OL, 6-4, 285, 5.3, Irving, Texas - Brought his sophomore (2015 class) brother Noah along, and he is a solid commitment and a really good looking future OL.
Kaleb Smith, DE, 6-3, 230, NA, Fort Worth (All Saints Episcopal), Texas - A solid prospect that has been at a lot of OSU games and has an offer from Air Force.
Preston Soper, PK, 5-11, 172, NA, Muskogee, Okla. - Perhaps the top kicking prospect in Oklahoma.

2014 Prospects
Victor Auxenfaus, DL, 6-2, 240, NA, Grapevine, Texas - Solid prospect that plays DT but will need to get bigger.
Kai Callins, RB/Ath., 5-11, 180, 4.5, Guthrie, Okla. - Injured much of this season but a very good player.
Chris Floyd, WR/DB, 5-9, 163, 4.6, Fort Worth (All Saints Episcopal), Texas - Part of a very talented junior class at All Saints.
Tramal Ivy, DE, 6-4, 215, NA, Muskogee, Okla. - Lots of potential here as he has a frame to get bigger and he is athletic.
D.J. Jones, QB/FS, 6-1, 190, 4.55, Wichita (West), Kansas - Talented junior that is likely a better bet to play defense.
Jack Meredith, DB, 5-11, 178, 4.6, Austin (Westlake), Texas - Good prospect in the junior class.
Matt Mucha, OL/DL, 6-6, 250, 4.99, Clearlake, Texas - A very athletic line prospect for the junior class.
Austin Parker, WR, 6-2, 185, 4.6, Grapevine, Texas - Grapevine looks to have a very talented junior class.
Foster Sawyer, QB, 6-4 1/2, 215, NA, Fort Worth (All Saints Episcopal), Texas - Really strong quarterback prospect for the 2014 class.
David Tachie, OL, 6-2, 280, NA, McKinney, Texas - Good looking OL prospect for center or guard.
T.V. Williams, WR, 5-10, 150, 4.35, McKinney, Texas - Not very big, but one of the fastest prospects in Texas in any class, and he is getting lots of attention.

The list makes a few things obvious, and that is that Oklahoma State is looking for another offensive lineman and running back in the class. But we already knew that.

With three kickers, all seniors, at the game making unofficial visits, it seems the Cowboys are looking for a kicker in the current recruiting class. There had been rumblings of this.

Also, Dee Paul is as good looking a skill player as you will ever want to see as he is good size and has brilliant, BRILLIANT speed. You really have to like the looks of the prospects in attendance in the 2014 class.
