Grishby Staying Put This Weekend

Despite some reports out there, Oklahoma State recent offensive line commitment Chris Grisbhy out of Blinn J.C. in Texas is not visiting any school this weekend.

Earlier this week, new Arizona State coach Todd Graham and his offensive line coach made their way into Brenham to try and sway Grisbhy into taking a visit to Tempe, Ariz., this weekend.

"I'm not going anywhere this weekend," said the 6-5, 315-pound Grisbhy. "I'm committed to Oklahoma State."

Grisbhy made his pledge to the Cowboys after making an official visit last weekend. He is an interesting story much like another Cowboy from Blinn in linebacker Alex Elkins. Grisbhy only played football his sophomore year at Brazoswood High School and then was discovered in a combine by the Blinn coaches.

After a redshirt season he went on to earn All-Conference honors this season in the SWJCFC. He will have three years of eligibility at Oklahoma State.
