The speedster out of Los Angeles' Dorsey High School returned kicks and punts, caught a touchdown pass, threw a halfback option pass off his back foot and still almost completed it for a big gain. He also came on and held for the extra point and the field goal that proved to be the winning points.
He has offers from the likes of USC, UCLA, Hawaii, SMU, Arizona, and Arizona State.
Washington has offered and he visited there on Nov. 25. He is scheduled to visit Washington State on Jan. 13 and to visit Oregon, who has yet to offer, on Jan. 20.
He could really help on special teams for some school and then play some at running back and some at inside or wide receiver as well.
Of all the players in the 2012 Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl in Phoenix earlier this week, I was most impressed with 5-10, 175-pound explosive offensive standout Jaydon Mickens. Of course, it was easy as he was the MVP in the game.
