Senior Honors: First team All-District 4A-32, Scout 3-star recruit, Scout No. 72 national ranking at DT, third team Texas Football Magazine Super Team, Texas Football Magazine Top 25 Defensive Lineman, Texas Football Magazine Top 300 Prospect.
Senior Stats: 12 TFL, 10 sacks.
Other schools recruited by: Houston, Texas Tech, UTEP, Texas-San Antonio, Rice.
Greg Powers Signing Day Evaluation: He will need to continue to work hard in the weight room, but has the size and frame that colleges look for in a defensive tackle prospect, but he also seems like he could be considered as a candidate to also play along the offensive line. When he plays with the correct pad level he is much tougher to block.
